InfoPET repairs Trovan^® readers, including the LID-500 Hand-Held Reader.

The most common LID-500 problem is failure of the reader's ni-cad battery to hold a charge, requiring replacement of the battery.  The battery is not user replaceable.  Pack your reader well and ship it to InfoPET at the address below, along with a letter describing the problem and your contact info.  Please make sure you insure the shipment for an appropriate value in case the shipper damages the reader during shipment.  You will be contacted by InfoPET with an estimate of the repair cost.
