implies: a hand-held computer running the
Microsoft® Windows® CE 5.0 or Windows®
Mobile® 6 operating system integrated with an RFID (radio frequency identification)
scanner
designed to read Trovan, ISO FDX-B, HomeAgain, Digital Angel, AVID unencrypted, and
AVID encrypted RFID transponders. Optional barcode scanner and wireless
LAN/WAN capabilities can be added to make the Workabout Pro Hand-Held Computer
Multi-Reader a powerful tool for users in the field.
The
Workabout Pro Hand-Held Computer Multi-Reader combines RFID reading capabilities
and optional barcode scanning with keyboard data entry to provide multiple ways
to input data while its integrated Bluetooth communications and optional
wireless LAN/WAN communications allow easy transfer of data to a host computer.
Numeric
and full alphanumeric keyboard layouts are available, with a standard backlight
feature, enabling use at night or in dark environments. The full VGA
color-touch display provides both a graphics capability and touch entry on the
display screen.
